What you can expect from your physiotherapy treatment

Working as a treatment team

We work closely with specialists and healthcare professionals in London. We’ll work with whoever else is involved in your care to make sure we’re giving you the best possible treatment and support.

The location that’s best for you

Your sessions will be arranged in the best place for the care and challenge you need. Immediately after a fall or an operation, this will most likely be your home initially. We can then move to the pool or the gym if it’s appropriate.

Everything tailored to your goals

Your treatment plan will be designed around what you want to be able to do. It could be to run or play tennis, or to be able get out of your chair without help and walk to the shops. Whatever it is, we’ll help you get there.

A physiotherapist that “gets it”

We’ve had our fair share of injuries. We know how frustrating rehab can be and how pain can overwhelm you some days. Part of our role is to encourage you, but we understand that physio can be tough mentally too.

Left quote

Zoe was recommended to me by my orthopaedic surgeon, after my right hip was replaced. Zoe obviously knows what she is doing, and clearly understands the effects of the hip surgery, tailoring her exercise programme each visit to my immediate needs and physical state. Six months after surgery I now often forget that I have had hip replacement, due both to skilful surgery and Zoe’s excellent physiotherapy treatment.
